Concepts and roadmap for infotainment services in connected cars

The experience inside the car is changing as quickly as every other aspect of our automotive world. When developing a strategy and concepts for future infotainment, our focus was to create concepts that were contextually aware, predictive, and technically scalable. In other words, infotainment that can understand you, learn from you, and adapt to your needs, all while being secure and affordable.

We developed three core concepts including driver insights, use-cases, UI design. To support the development teams, we also developed strategic recommendations for implementing cloud infrastructure, HMI specifications, and go-to-market strategy for hardware/software sales. As is so often the case with automotive work, the technological development was relatively straight forward compared to the cultural shifts necessary to invest in hardware that's future-proof enough to last through a customer's ownership.
