I'm at my best when design, technology, and strategy are shaking hands for the first time with the real-world. There's nothing better than taking a big, scary idea and figuring out how to make it happen.
As a team leader I believe my primary role is to enable those around me to achieve their full potential. I find great joy in working to develop teams that tap into the individual strengths of each member. I find even greater joy in getting my teams home in time for dinner.
